Working With Their Brewers to Fine Tune the Brewhouse
IBC's brewers, Nate and Bobby, are eager as beavers to be brewing on this fully automated 5-barrel brewhouse. My experience brewing with them was delightful. They are excited, adventurous, and absolutely love beer.
Craft Kettle's Full Automation Package is Unmatched in the Industry
One of my favorite features on the brewhouse is the automated Wort Grant. It uses radar wave detection to control the pump speed, giving you smooth and precise vorlauf and lauter control.
IBC also has automated the temperature control at knockout. This feature regulates a precision valve that results in fine control of the wort temperature as it headed off to the fermenter. I love the consistent process control here!
Next time you are anywhere near Rochester, NY, I highly recommend swinging just a few minutes north to visit the quaint town of Irondequiot. This brewery will have a little something for everyone. Nate has ten (10) different beers to feature for your pleasure. Try them all!
