Urban South Brewery is planning to open a 14,000 square-foot brewery with attached 3,500 square-foot beer garden in Houston's Sawyer Yards complex. The 10 barrel 3-vessel semi-automatic micro brewhouse package from Craft Kettle will form the backbone of the brewing operation when they open their doors in late 2019.
