HMI Upgrade: Add step mash capability, recipe storage with hop addition list and timers/alarms, and data logging and temperature trending screens using a touch screen HMI. Grant Level Control: Automatic, sanitary wort grant level control. Automatically control pump speed during vorlauf, sparge, and transfer using a sanitary guided wave radar probe for level feedback. Liquor Blending: Automate liquor blending using a quick-acting, pneumatically actuated three-way sanitary ball valve and automated PLC-controlled PID loop. Knock-Out Control: Automate knock-out temperature using a quick-acting, pneumatically actuated two-way sanitary ball valve and automated PLC-controlled PID loop.
